The tool provides access to shipment tracking, using only the customer's shipment reference or house number. CEVA Mobile and CEVA Trak are supported by CEVA Matrix, the company's technology for integrating best-in-class IT components and supply-chain expertise. The company said it is undertaking further development of the new app to incorporate additional functionality, integration of more systems and extension to Android and BlackBerry users. The new app can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
