Three-way match automatically identifies mismatched units of measure, backorders, part number supersessions, price changes and incorrect core costs. Users can establish variance thresholds for monitoring and approving vendor payments. In a related development, Epicor is now providing weekly electronic catalog updates for automotive aftermarket distributors, jobbers and service providers. The new feeds of Epicor PartExpert data are being provided four times monthly via the Epicor Active Updates service. In addition, Epicor has made generally available version 12.11 of its Epicor Prophet 21 wholesale distribution enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The release features new Sales Master Inquiry, DynaChange Tab Creator and Container Building functionality. Users can automate their accounts payables process via doc-link for Epicor, an integrated document-management system that is available as an add-on module.
