The new tool includes lot-tracing enhancements, embedded voice upgrades and a new interface with streamlined navigation. The Supply Chain Advantage application server and Web server components will run on 64-bit versions of Windows servers, allowing customers to handle larger amounts of information. Other enhancements in version 12.0 include reports that provide greater visibility into inventories to help speed product recalls and support accurate returns processing. The update also supports an expanded portfolio of configurable voice applications. In another company announcement, HighJump has entered into a new partnership with NetSuite, with plans to build HighJump Software SuiteApps using NetSuite's SuiteCloud Computing Platform. The new SuiteApps are expected to provide NetSuite customers with HighJump applications for warehouse management, direct store delivery and electronic data interchange. As a NetSuite Development Partner, HighJump plans to launch the SuiteApps over the next 12 months.
