Beginning in September, WWL will offer between two and three sailings per month from Veracruz to the U.S. East Coast, connecting with routes across the company's global network. Service calls include the ports of Veracruz, Galveston, Brunswick, Charleston and Baltimore, then proceeding to Europe and calling Antwerp, Bremerhaven and Southampton. The expansion is in response to a shift toward greater domestic manufacturing in Mexico, the company said. WWL deploys around 60 vessels, specializing in handling project cargoes such as railcars, power generators, mining equipment and yachts. Services include the integration of ocean transportation, inland distribution, terminal handling and technical services.
