The platform was designed to help companies evaluate and implement innovative ideas from their suppliers. The module complements existing capabilities for supplier-relationship management, performance management, contract management and risk management. It allows users to communicate business challenges and innovation briefs, giving suppliers the ability to respond as well as proactively submit ideas. Their input is then assessed and managed on the Supplier Management Platform. The tool, which can be integrated into existing information-technology systems, is both secure and mobile, the vendor said.
