The tool transforms an unordered list of stops into an optimized delivery sequence. Users can program schedule parameters for each driver, such as lunch and restricted delivery times for particular customers. Another feature automatically sends an e-mail notification to a customer when the delivery is completed, and includes a link to the website to view delivery details. An add-on feature to JumpTrack, route optimization costs $55 per month for each route that is optimized. According to Jump Technologies, the application reduces delivery errors, improves customer service and provides greater control over delivery and logistics operations. JumpTrack Optimization is currently available on Android and will be available for iPhone and iPad by May 1, 2014, the vendor said.
