The application was designed to protect against threats to brands arising from inadequate management systems, controls and governance processes involving labor, ethics and environmental compliance and sustainability. Based on the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) standard, the module enables brand owners to conduct surveys at the supplier and site levels. Resilinc provides all supplier onboarding, training and data-collection services needed for the CSR survey. Suppliers can automatically share their business practices with multiple customers. The tool generates scorecards at the site level, and provides a “heat map” of areas where insufficient management systems and controls are prevalent.
