PeopleNet president Brian McLaughlin said the agency’s latest ruling in March, indicating that the mandate will take effect two years from issuance of the final rule, has “catapulted ELD to a high priority for fleet planning. The new paper, “Preparing for Complying With the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Mandate,” is available at the PeopleNet Resource Center on the company’s website.
