Customs Info provides online global trade research tools, as well as a cloud-based application to help users manage complex classification databases for their operations around the world. The company also supplies duty and tax content to electronic-commerce sites. Descartes offers the Global Logistics Network, used by more than 10,000 customers to manage and execute shipments. The deal was valued at $41.5m, net of working capital, plus potential performance-based consideration.
