The tool is aimed at users with their own fleets for retail delivery, as well as other sectors that are focused on the optimization of distribution center, truck-loading and routing operations. The new suite includes a warehouse-management system (WMS) that offers sophisticated picking functionality, support for voice technology and labor-management capabilities. It also supports optimized delivery truck loading, directly connected to picking operations in the WMS; order management and forecasting; route accounting and direct store delivery. The suite is available in both a traditional deployment and on demand in the cloud.
