The company has entered into a reseller agreement with MercuryGate International. The deal extends the Infor Supply Chain Execution application with the MercuryGate Transport Management System. MercuryGate TMS is a single platform that allows companies to manage multimodal, multi-leg transportation across geographies, while providing control-tower visibility and decision support. Info has announced a new technology platform called Infor Xi, in support of cloud-based applications that address specific industry needs. It includes three major “pillars”: enhanced cloud, mobile-first design, and advanced science support, allowing companies to engage in predictive analytics. Infor has also announced Infor CloudSuite Healthcare, targeting care delivery organizations and building on the vendor’s offerings that are available on Amazon Web Services. The tool includes healthcare-specific functionality, analytics and an implementation accelerator. Finally, Info has joined with Aras to establish cloud-based applications for customers in the manufacturing industry. It is called Infor Product Lifeycle Management–Powered by Aras. Aras has developed an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) licensing program for its PLM platform and technology.
