The two are providing demand- and supply-network integration via business-to-business integration under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The jointly offered platform is intended to enhance customer-delivery planning and operations insight, the companies said. They are also developing time- and location-aware capabilities for supply-chain management. Customers in industries such as consumer goods, oil and gas, retail and industrial manufacturing can analyze route and supply-network information in the ArcGIS platform, allowing for the visualization of risk factors related to key suppliers.
