The AIMS WMS is now known as AWLview WMS, and AIMS TXP has become AWLtek WCS. At the same time, the vendor has made a number of user-facing improvements to the applications. A new Web-based radio-frequency client streamlines the system architecture by eliminating certain telnet emulators. The change allows for enhanced graphics and text formatting, leading to improved operator efficiency and fewer I.T. resources required to set up new RF devices, the company said. Both applications now feature customizable, at-a-glance data views, highlighting important key performance indicators.
