The license also makes possible the expansion of Mallory Alexander in Asia, under the name of Mallory Alexander (Asia-Pacific) Limited. The company said the license permits it to expand its service offerings to both Chinese and global customers. It may now also directly provide a range of Asia-Pacific logistics services, including preparation of ocean and air bills of lading, booking of ocean cargo, consolidation of ocean and air shipments, chartering of ocean vessels and aircraft, China customs-clearance services, scheduling of inland truck deliveries, and warehousing. Mallory Alexander, a third-party logistics provider, has been bonded with the Chinese Ministry of Communications for several years, allowing it to act as a foreign non-vessel operating common carrier, and issue its own house bill of lading.
