Operating under the name Mallory Alexander International Logistics NY, the office is located in Inwood, NY. The action is in response to customer requests for a local office in the Northeast to serve their needs, according to Neely Mallory III, president of Mallory Alexander. The location offers proximity to major Northeast airports, as well as the Port of New York/New Jersey. The New York office provides a complete range of 3PL services, including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, truck brokerage, special project transportation and supply-chain consulting. Charles Kendall's core global freight forwarding services include import and export, customs clearance and value-added services.
