The parties said they are discussing a wide variety of possible elements of the planned cooperation, with the goal of creating a seamless service network and the alignment of information-technology services and warehouse facilities. Implementation of the enhanced agreement is subject to finalization of the commercial arrangement and compliance with existing European Union and U.S. regulations and government approvals, the carriers said.
