AAL said it will continue to manage the service from Brisbane with complete autonomy, while sharing vessel capacity with Swire. According to the carrier, the pact will provide a more comprehensive schedule to a greater number of base ports, connecting China, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam with Australia's east and southern coasts. Additional ports, including Dalian, Kobe, Townsville, Mackay and Portland, are available on inducement. Sailing frequency will improve to 20 days from 30 from a number of key ports, including Shanghai, Pusan and Kaohsiung, the line said.
