Centris Consulting has entered into a strategic partnership with River Logic, Inc. The deal calls for Centris, a consulting firm specializing in operations management, to use Enterprise Optimizer, River Logic's flagship software product, to conduct advanced business modeling and optimization services on behalf of clients. Enteprise Optimizer provides a representation of the collective business, allowing managers to conduct detailed, integrated planning. The tool uses a proprietary translator engine and advanced mathematics to generate scenarios that align strategic planning with operational execution. According to River Logic, the algorithms embedded within Enterprise Optimizer enable users to extract greater insights without having to create, link and debug spreadsheet models. The software aligns metrics, targets and execution requirements with strategy and financials. It identifies decisions that will have the greatest impact on financial performance by providing a unified model of the entire organization.
