Fifty percent of companies in a recent AMR Research survey expect to increase their investments in human capital management (HCM) applications in 2008. However, the percentage of companies decreasing their investments is inching up to 13 percent as enterprises seek to gain value from applications already purchased and anticipate much-warranted consolidation among strategic suite players.
