Version 8.3 of Infor CRM features an intuitive user interface with Infor SoHo styling for the updated mobile application. The latest release of the CRM tool includes pre-configured back-office integration with multiple enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems via the Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION), middleware that allows users to obtain software “without borders,” the vendor said. In addition, the new Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) integration allows manufacturing and distribution customers to manage pricing from order to delivery, through the same interface. Infor CRM Mobile 3.4, featuring a reconfigured layout, displays key information in real time via any mobile device.
