They are FourKites, Inttra and TransVoyant. FourKites offers a real-time load-tracking platform in North America for shippers and third-party logistics providers. Inttra provides a multi-carrier ocean shipping electronic portal service. TransVoyant employs real-time analytics on big data curated from sensors, radar, smartphones, satellites, GPS, video cameras and other devices. At the same time, JDA has introduced enhancements to JDA Transportation Management. New capabilities include driver relay optimization and management, driver assignment, geographic data support, and an enhanced transportation Smartbench. In another company announcement, JDA has made generally available JDA Retail.me Assortment Planning, an application delivered under the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model and based on Google Cloud technology. It is the first of several applications that JDA plans to introduce this year as part of its next-generation retail-planning suite. The tool enables online “shopping-like” workspaces.
