Pixi helps customers to automate e-commerce processes from online orders, and is integrated with hundreds of e-commerce sites in Europe. It serves retailers of all sizes. Pixi’s platform collects order information from an e-commerce webfront, translates it into a scanner-driven pick-and-pack process within the warehouse, initiates the shipment to the customer, and synchronizes the information with the customer's financial system for invoicing and shipment tracking. Purchase price of the deal was approximately $10.4m, paid in cash.
