Fully compliant with criteria for electronic logging device (ELD) certification, the application provides an intuitive interface so that drivers can focus on safety and deliveries, the company said. The app integrates into existing workflows and device infrastructures. It features paperless reporting, with automatic software updates to ensure that fleet operations remain compliant with the ELD mandate. Additional features include comprehensive logs showing time-remaining displays, shipping information, duty status and drive distances; access through Isotrak's online portal for back-office managers to monitor driver activities; alerts sent to drivers through the mobile devices, and color-coded panels to show drivers when they're required to be on or off duty. Isotrak also includes a Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting (DVIR) application, allowing drivers to submit reports through their mobile devices.
