The tool draws on a secure company network formed by linking tagged assets to vehicles equipped with MiX's onboard computers. The customer's fleet reports the last-known location, along with a date and time stamp of the tagged assets as they pass by. Details are captured by the MiX Fleet Manager system. The vendor's reporting suite allows reports to be generated from historic data, to show when assets were moved from one location to another.
