NYK and Hyundai Merchant Marine plan to begin a joint service in April that will service ports in Asia, South Africa and the east cost of South America.
The New Horizon Express (NHX) service will replace NYK's New Good Hope Express Service (NGX), which it has operated with Maersk Line and Hamburg Süd.
The NHX port rotation will include Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Durban, Santos, Buenos Aires, Itajai, Itaguai and Paranagua. Other main ports in Asia will be covered by feeder connections.
