Consumers can now browse and shop from anywhere, anytime—and get delivery exactly how, when and where they want it. Zebra recently surveyed manufacturers, retailers and logistics firms to see how they’re handling these new customer shopping expectations. The survey revealed that:
• 76% of retailers use their store inventory to fulfill orders.
• 91% believe stores will continue to use their inventory to fulfill online orders.
• Supply chain roles are increasingly blurring to satisfy customers.
