RedTail's on-demand, managed services handle all order-to-cash EDI communications between suppliers and their larger trading partners through the RedTail Transaction Manager. The company's offering is fully integrated with several of the most popular mid-market business-accounting systems from Microsoft, Sage and AccountMate. The enhanced reporting capability is accessible securely via the Web on a daily or weekly basis. Users can acquire a single view of the entire EDI process, with the ability to speed up dispute resolution and avoid deductions and chargebacks, Redtail said.
