Amber Road, a vendor of global trade management (GTM) software and services, has opened an office in Zurich, Switzerland. The new location will focus on the German, Swiss and Austrian markets. It is intended to strengthen support for the company's existing customer base, as well as meet growing demand in Europe for international logistics and trade-compliance software, Amber Road said. The company also has an office in London. Its GTM offerings cover supply-chain visibility; export compliance, import automation, supplier portal and origin management, trade-agreement management and international transportation management. The tools are integrated with trade content from 122 countries.
