Time:matters, a provider of courier, same-day and emergency logistics, has joined with Jetpak, which offers express logistics services in the European Nordic market, to create a flight network dedicated to the transport of time-critical spare parts. The partners have previously cooperated in the movement of same-day shipments in the Nordic countries. Their new network connects commercial areas of Central Europe with Northern European destinations such as Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki, as well as remote areas such as Hammerfest in northern Norway and Oulu in northwest Finland. Points of departure include Maastricht, Erfurt and Baden (Karlsruhe), providing fast service from the Benelux region and Germany for customers with delivery needs throughout the Nordic countries. Time-critical spare parts can be transported during the night from a spare-parts warehouse to destination in as little as 12 to 14 hours. The service also enables the latest possible pickup times (up to 7 p.m.) and the earliest possible drop-off (beginning at 7 a.m.), by using designated points in both cases.
