Capabilities of the application include enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, supply chain management, shop-floor control, warehouse management, electronic commerce, sales force automation, business intelligence and electronic data interchange. The technology includes a user interface that is consistent with Microsoft Office, with search and data-retrieval tools to improve user productivity. Users can customize their experience by configuring dashboards, menus, forms and reports. System-wide alerts and notifications enable management by exception. A modular design allows companies to implement only those components that are needed at the moment. Open automated program interface tools support rapid integration with third-party applications. BlueCherry Infinity is built on the Microsoft .NET framework, drawing on Microsoft Silverlight and Windows Presentation Foundation to provide an experience that is consistent on desktops and over the Web.
