Axeda Corp., a vendor of on-demand software for asset management, has completed Oracle Validated Integration testing of its ServiceLink 5.3 application, with Oracle's Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) 8.0. Customers can add asset-intelligence to their investment in Siebel CRM, the company said. They can connect such capability directly into corporate systems, ensuring accurate information across the service lifecycle. According to Axeda, real-time asset intelligence can be used to automate business processes, eliminate error-prone tasks, collect data for pay-per-use billing models, and increase the responsiveness of service and supply chains. Validation through Oracle AIAP involves a rigorous technical process to review the integrations of third-party software to Oracle applications. Axeda ServiceLink captures live, up-to-date information from remote assets and adds intelligence to business processes.
