The tool offers a wide range of standard reports which provide a record of field activities. An alert-management capability supplies instant awareness of key events or exceptions. Users can send text messages to individuals or groups, linking managers and dispatchers with mobile workers. Through enhanced GPS, users gain deeper knowledge of their operations, with the ability to monitor and analyze the performance of their employees. AirClic's flagship product is known as AirClic MP.
