Purolator USA has created a new express service for shipments moving into Canada from New York. The Purolator USA Express service is now available to businesses in the New York metropolitan area. It increases the number of options for time-sensitive shipments bound for Canada, without incurring the high costs normally associated with overnight service, according to Purolator. The company is offering four versions of its express service: Purolator Express 9:00 AM, for urgent shipments requiring next-day delivery by that hour; Purolator Express 10:30 A.M., for mid-morning arrival; Purolator Express, for delivery by the end of the following day, and Purolator Expedited, for shipments that need to arrive in Canada within two days. The service includes the electronic preparation of customs clearance documents, eliminating the need to include such paperwork with the parcel. Shipments arrive at the Canadian border pre-cleared for entry.
