Purolator customers can choose from a total of four delivery options: Express 9:00AM, for urgent shipments; Express 10:30AM, for urgent shipments that need to arrive by mid-morning; Express, for next-day shipments that are urgent, but can be delivered by day's end; and Expedited, for shipments that need to arrive in Canada within two days. Purolator USA offers guaranteed on-time delivery, with a money-back guarantee on the 9:00AM and 10:30AM service levels. The company also offers paperless customs-clearance technology through a Web-based application.
