TZA, a supply-chain consulting firm, has introduced ProTrack Connect, an integration technology tool to help companies speed up the implementation of TZA's systems for managing labor in distribution centers. ProTrack Connect handles the extraction, qualifying, augmenting and formatting of the necessary data for a labor management software implementation. The result, according to the company, is a lower overall cost of the project, along with reduced implementation time. TZA's Labor Management for Distribution Center system includes lean best practices, engineered labor standards, ProTrack warehouse labor-management software, professional management training, incentive programs, performance management, and labor-management support programs.
