CEVA Logistics' domestic road transport services division in China has won TSR-2008 security validation from the Transported Asset Protection Association. TAPA is a multi-industry forum with the mission of reducing losses from international supply chains, through the participation of global manufacturers, logistics providers and freight carriers. CEVA claims to be the first global supply-chain provider to be awarded the TAPA TSR (Trucking Security Requirements) validation in mainland China. The review process was carried out by SGS Hong Kong Limited, a provider of inspection and verification services. The TSR constitutes a set of best practices to optimize the security of TAPA members' assets. It specifies the precise truck-security requirements that are acceptable across supply chains. CEVA provides customers with a full range of supply-chain design and implementation services in contract logistics and freight management. Its network includes facilities in more than 170 countries, with more than 46,000 employees.
