Airclic, Inc., a vendor of mobile software for supply-chain, logistics and field-service operations, has launched its Mobile Performance Platform. The tool is the centerpiece of the company's new Perform product line, a series of industry-specific applications for the real-time tracking of people, assets and activities. According to Airclic, the platform helps companies to reduce costs, improve service delivery and increase customer retention. The technology is hardware-agnostic and can be applied to a variety of vertical markets. Airclic's applications are offered under the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The company claims more than 500 global companies as customers.
