Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute (SCL) has selected LeanCor as its partner is a new Lean Supply Chain Professional Certificate Program. The results-based certification is for all supply chain professionals who want to advance their lean knowledge and pursue operational excellence for their organization.
LeanCor CEO Robert Martichenko and Vice President Kevin von Grabe will teach the courses over three consecutive months beginning in August. Students will meet for three days per month to complete the program. In addition, students will complete application projects between courses to leverage understanding of concepts and to produce tangible results for their organization, including:
- Reduced total cost of ownership and logistics costs, inventory levels, lead time, and space requirements
- Increased fill rates
- Improved supplier performance and accountability
- Improved customer satisfaction and customer relationships
- Overall reduction of organizational and operation waste
