NetSuite Inc., a vendor of hosted enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, has created NetSuite OpenAir, professional services automation (PSA) and services resource planning (SRP) software for the United Kingdom and European marketplace. The tool is designed to aid global professional services organizations in the automation and management of key aspects of their business, including marketing, project management, service delivery, billing and revenue management. The new version provides support for multiple languages, currencies, taxation rules and employee work guidelines. OpenAir addresses the need of companies for local, in-country control over critical business processes, as well as real-time visibility across their organizations. It offers an integrated suite which unifies project and resource management, project tracking and accounting, time and expense management, customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) functionality. The tool includes a number of metrics and analytics, including key performance indicators, graphical report snapshots, trend graphs and scorecards.
