The new entity is providing assistance on process improvement, throughput analysis and Lean techniques for mid-market manufacturers. Offering a flexible pricing model, it will incorporate best practices from a broad array of industries, including healthcare, technology and life sciences. Griffin MFG is part of a group of affiliated businesses providing legal, financial and other consulting services to manufacturers throughout Pennsylvania. Heading up Griffin MFG is Scott M. McMartin, who has more than 27 years of experience in business software, manufacturing sales and consulting. Stevens & Lee is an international law firm. Griffin Holdings, parent company of Griffin Financial Group, is an investment bank. Other members of the affiliated business group include companies offering insurance risk consulting, swap and derivative advisory services, federal and state lobbying, healthcare risk consulting and tax consulting.
