The company sells an electronic platform for sending and receiving invoices, tracking expense reports and integrating with popular accounting systems such as QuickBooks and FreshBooks. The tool automates the gathering of income and expense data, leading to the elimination of paper and the reduction of manual entry errors, while providing realistic estimates of payment dates. A smartphone application for expense-report tracing allows for easy photo capture of receipts. A feature known as billFLO Insights lets users create customized views of their finances according to a set of key metrics. Gmail integration streamlines manager approval of expense reports and bills. billFLO customers pay a monthly fee, starting at $20 a month and based on the number of employees who use the system.
