Wentworth Institute of Technology's College of Professional and Continuing Education has created a new certificate program in 21st Century Demand and Supply Chain Management. Set for launching in the spring of 2011, the offering is designed for professionals seeking to advance their careers in global business management, while expanding their knowledge of the principles of supply-chain management. The four-course program was developed in collaboration with ChainLink Research, a global research firm specializing in supply-chain technology. It will teach students to make critical managerial decisions, design and manage business processes and collaborate on best practices. The individual courses in the certificate program are Supply Chain Dynamics; Demand Management for the 21st Century; Supply Chain Technology, and Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain Risk Management.
