Customers can perform contract management, status updates, exception queuing, dispute resolution, and audit and pay functions in a secure, real-time environment. Access to information and reports can be made available to specified parties on a user-controlled basis. In the process, customers can enable their end users to access dynamic data queries, private-label content and custom-made forms.
