Steton Technology Group has updated the Steton 360 Enterprise Edition, the vendor's application for the food, hospitality and retail industries, among others. Offered under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, Steton 360 helps companies to assess data throughout their organizations, improving brand delivery and compliance with supplier, quality, regulatory and social responsibility standards, Steton said. Customers can conduct field assessments with popular handheld devices such as tablets and smartphones, with and without an internet connection. The technology includes integrated intelligent forms, corrective action management, secure communications and business intelligence reporting. In addition to improvements in data search and visualization, the update includes a new assessment quality review process. Audit service providers can upload audit results and review them for quality before they are processed and automatically distributed to partners. The update is available immediately to all Steton 360 customers, and will be delivered automatically as part of the subscription license.
