The EU's tariffs were initially scheduled to gradually roll out between April 1 and April 13, impacting €26 billion ($28.4 billion) worth of U.S. products.

The DOJ is looking to extend the deadline for briefings in the lawsuit by three weeks, and to push the start of oral arguments from late April to early May.
