Officials in Baltimore established a temporary channel so essential ships can traverse the harbor for the first time since the Singapore-flagged ship Dali collided with the bridge on March 26.
The Danish Maritime Authority said that the ship provided insurance documentation from Gard AS, but Gard said it wasn’t the insurer at the time of the collision.
The computer system gave the locomotives dangerous instructions, the complaint alleges, telling the lead locomotive to slow down and the middle locomotive to speed up while climbing a hill.
