Source One Management Services LLC has formed a strategic partnership with Asentinel, a provider of tools for telecommunications lifecycle management. Source One is a vendor of technology and services for strategic sourcing, procurement and spend reduction. It focuses on more than 100 spend categories, including utilities, freight, print, office equipment and supplies, advertising, maintenance and repair, and health insurance. Source One's services include spend analysis and management, identification of alternative suppliers, market and supply research, request for proposal management, price and terms negotiation, contract recommendations, project management and implementation. According to Source One, Asentinel holds the only comprehensive U.S. patents in telecom expense management for its Asentinel 7.0 software. The patents relate to methods of processing and analyzing expense invoices by large corporate users of telecommunications services.
