Fleet Director helps fleet managers to track the position and operation of fleet vehicles. Integration with the tool gives Prophesy Dispatch users access to such Teletrac features as turn-by-turn navigation, real-time vehicle tracking, live traffic data and estimated times of arrival. New loads and associated data created within Prophesy Dispatch are automatically sent to the driver's in-cab device. Drivers can instantly notify dispatchers about key load information and confirmations, arrivals, departures, bills of lading, actual quantity and weight, delivery notes and other information processed by Prophesy Dispatch. GPS vehicle tracking data lets dispatchers know the precise location of each vehicle. Users get automatic check calls, estimated time of arrival updates and enhanced load-position mapping.
