The Hackett Group, Inc. has forged a strategic alliance with Vision21, a consultancy specializing in business talent management. The deal gives Global 1000 clients of Hackett access to a suite of personnel assessment and survey information, as part of the firm's advisory, benchmarking and transformation services. Vision21's "pay-as-you-go" offerings include pre-employment screening, job matching, manager relationships, team-building, leadership development and strategic workforce planning. The company is a strategic business partner of Profiles International, Inc., a publisher of job-matching assessments. The Hackett Group will use Vision21's assessment tools as part of select client engagements, to address issues of human resources efficiency and strategic alignment. Hackett has drawn on tools from Vision21 and Profiles since 2009. In 2010, the two companies began jointly offering Profiles' services to clients. Users can access the assessment and survey data from any internet connection via dedicated dashboards. All tools and reports are designed for direct use by front-line managers, with no special training required beyond the basic user's guides, according to the companies.
