LeanLogistics, a provider of transportation-management system (TMS) applications, has formed a shared-services partnership with JBF Consulting, a firm with expertise in logistics and supply-chain management. The deal gives LeanLogistics an enhanced capability to meet the needs of its growing list of clients, the company said. They can call on JBF to evaluate their systems' performance against LeanLogistics' benchmark rates, while adding new or upgraded tools from the latter's suite of applications. JBF will also provide consulting services to new LeanLogistics' clients looking to implement the company's software, including LeanSource procurement technology, the LeanDex transportation rate index and On-Demand TMS.
